My question is: should windows show phone as usb device if phone is connected, even without Zune installed. I tried to install Zune on another pc but no luck. I tried to reinstall Zune, reboot phone - nothing helped. When connected to pc phone shows that it is recharging but windows does not show any signs that new device is added. But after couple month Zune stopped to see phone without any error messages. When I just bought phone everything was ok - Zune picked it up, updated it. I don't want to create new topic, my problems also related to phone connectivity (Samsung Focus, HP - TouchSmart with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit ). Thanks, the first part has solve my problem. Ref: 't-connect-to-your-phone-disconnect-it,-restart-it,-then-try-connecting-again I hope this helps anyone else out there with the same problem.
